Many campus offices are moving their print communications online, using the web, email, and other channels to meet their communications goals. One key advantage of digital media is the ease with which it can be instrumented and tracked. The resulting wealth of data lets us know what's working, what's not, and what we might do about it. This talk will introduce web analytics, show how to implement readily available measurement tools, and advise on how to turn analytics data into knowledge to guide our strategy.
All Dartmouth community members are welcome to attend this series on digital communications organized by the Print to Digital Work Team. The purpose of the series is to help guide decision-making in choosing communication methods and to foster effective digital communications.
